Spring Holiday for Strings 2015 has just finished – 38 string players played a wide variety of chamber music, and the string orchestra tackled the Mahler Adagietto from Symphony no. 5, Vaughan Williams’ Five Variants on Dives and Lazarus and Dvorak’s Serenade, under the skillful direction of our tutors, David Burton, Jane Tyler and Sean Turpin.
